Engine Development (Gasoline and Diesel)
We are looking for engineers up to Principal Engineer, at which level you will generally have full project responsibility. As important as outright experience is the ability to extend your existing knowledge and continually adapt to new technical and professional challenges. In return you will develop quickly, and we will reward you based on your performance and development.
You should have capability in two or more of the following:
- Planning and management of engine dynamometer testing
- Development of mechanical systems
- Valve train / Crank train / Piston
- Accessory drives
- Cooling system
- Crankcase ventilation
- Sealing and interfaces
- Pressure charging systems
- Development of gas exchange / combustion systems
- Camshaft optimisation
- Variable valve timing
- Intake and exhaust system
- Hardware capability
- Air / fuel distribution
- Feed gas emissions
- Validation testing
- Durability development
- Sign off and PV testing
