Single and three cylinder engine development

Integral Powertrain uses industry standard Design Verification and Validation Processes (DVP) to develop mechanical system, hardware capability, component rig test, Performance and Emissions (P&E), and engine and vehicle functional and durability tests that can be tailored for the specific powertrain to ultimately meet the reliability and durability targets within optimised development time.

The DVP can be applied individually or to any combination of the following: component, whole engine, after-treatment system, hybrid, drivetrain systems up to full vehicle. The DVP process also has a high degree of integration with both Computer Assisted Engineering (CAE) and statistical methods during each of the testing and validation phases.
