Integral Powertrain is a powertrain specialist that undertakes key design and development projects supporting OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in delivering competitive products to market. Its client list includes many prestigious companies in the UK, Europe, Asia, the Far East and North America, operating in a wide range of sectors including automotive passenger cars, on and off highway CVs, Motorsport, Aerospace and Defence. Projects are undertaken at its purpose-built facilities, an Engineering Centre and a new Emission & Climate Test Centre, in Milton Keynes.

IP’s sister company Intrinsys is a leading provider of PLM and design engineering services to a wide range of clients both inside and outside the automotive industry. Intrinsys is a Dassault Systèmes business partner.

IP was formed by the four current Directors (Luke Barker, Darren Cairns, Roger Duckworth and John McLean) who left Cosworth in 1998 to start the new business.

2001 Intrinsys founded
