Increase in UK Automotive Activity Drives New Recruitment Campaign by Integral Powertrain

With the daily news full of stories covering poor economic performance and job losses, Integral Powertrain is managing an expanding customer demand for its specialist engineering services, heralding an exciting period of growth and development for the company and the sector.

In spite of the uncertain economic conditions that directly impacted the automotive industry throughout 2009, Integral Powertrain is experiencing increasing demand for both its innovative hybrid and pressure charging technologies. Its workload in conventional Powertrain services also continues to grow. This has fuelled growth over the past year that is set to continue into the foreseeable future.

In order to address this exciting increase in requirement for highly skilled and experienced engineers Integral Powertrain has developed a new process of direct search and selection that has been satisfying this demand since early 2010. The company has used advertising, direct contacts and database searches combined with careful interview selection methods in order to identify and employ talented and experienced engineers from the UK and abroad.
